At VÉRA, we stand behind the quality of every bag we create. Each piece is crafted with care and individually inspected before delivery to ensure it meets our exacting standards.
Warranty Coverage
All VÉRA bags are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including:
- Stitching defects or thread separation
- Hardware malfunction — locks, clasps, zippers, and buckles
- Structural issues related to craftsmanship
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not extend to the following:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Color changes or natural variations in leather texture and grain
- Damage resulting from exposure to water, chemicals, or excessive heat
- Scratches or surface marks from everyday handling
Natural leather characteristics — including subtle variations in texture, tone, and grain — are part of the material's inherent beauty and are not considered defects.
How to Claim the Warranty
If you believe your bag has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:
Contact our support team within the warranty period via our Contact page or email.
Provide your order number along with clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
Our quality team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and follow up with you directly.
Warranty Resolution
If the issue is approved by our quality team:
- We will offer repair, replacement, or refund — depending on the nature of the issue
- Shipping costs for confirmed manufacturing defects will be fully covered by VÉRA
Important Notes
- The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser
- Warranty services are valid within Egypt
- Any repaired or replaced item does not extend or renew the original warranty period
